The clinic accepts cash, card payments and cheques. Payments/rebooking take place in the clinic room. ​

Initial Consultations: 

Please note a 30 minute gap has now been allocated after Initial Consultations to allow for cleaning-down the clinic room. Due to limitations of the electronic diary system, you may see the appointment duration shown as 90 minutes on your Booking Confirmation and Reminder emails, but your treatment time will be 1 hour (60 minutes).

Follow-ups: 

Please note a 15 minute gap has now been allocated between follow-up treatments to allow for cleaning-down the clinic room. Due to limitations of the electronic diary system, you may see the appointment duration shown as 45 minutes on your Booking Confirmation and Reminder emails, but your treatment time will be 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of £30.

Missed appointments without any notice may be subject to full payment.
